Everyone should obey the law. Whoever you are, whether you’re working men, traffic enforcers, businessmen, or even the President, the law should apply to you. As Former Manila City Mayor Alfredo Lim once put it:
“The law applies to all, otherwise none at all!”
In this episode of Raffy Tulfo’s Pasikat, two traffic enforcers were in his sights. Their violation? These traffic enforcers told a civilian that they would not fine two government employees on motorcycles even if they were not wearing the proper foot gear. Definitely unacceptable.
Apart from that, the officers even said that those employees were just from around town and that, as government employees, they were immune from following the law. Of course, this did not sit well with Raffy Tulfo! Not. One. Bit.
What does he do? Well, he called Joan Magsino on the phone. Magsino is the assistant chief of the Laguna City Traffic Management Office and Tulfo made sure that she found out about this injustice.
Raffy Tulfo didn’t just notify her about the viral video, he commanded her to suspend the two traffic enforcers. He also said that they should be sanctioned accordingly. However, Magsino said that she has no power over them because she is merely in an administrative position.
What does Tulfo do? Well, he told her to talk to someone who has the power to do so. That’s not all! He made sure that the suspension would actually take place.

Just to be clear to anyone, Raffy Tulfo has no jurisdiction whatsoever when it comes to the officials in question and these cases are handled by people with actual authority. There are no sources that would suggest that Raffy Tulfo is affiliated with the Laguna CTMO whatsoever.
